Please read carefully these terms and conditions of entry.

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
  2. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
  3. The Alumni sign-up competition opens from on Thursday 16 August 2018 and will close at 4pm Monday 17 September 2018.
  4. Any Alumni already registered will be automatically included in the draw.
  5. Entrants must have registered with a valid email or postal address to be included in the draw. Entrants must be a Sacred Heart College, Sorrento past student or staff member.
  6. The prize winner will be drawn randomly. The first correct entry drawn will be deemed the winner.
  7. The winners will be contacted by email in the week commencing 17 September 2018.
  8. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
  9. There will be no cash alternatives.
  10. The outcome of the competition is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. Entrants must comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
  12. Entrants agree to use of their name and / or image in any publicity surrounding the competition, including but not limited to media, printed publications and electronic media, including the Sacred Heart College Facebook page and College website.
  13. Sacred Heart College reserves the right to cancel a competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
  14. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
  15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Sacred Heart College (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of the prize and / or (g) participation in the promotion.
  16. Entrants may elect not to receive future correspondence from the College by changing their contact preferences via the Alumni website.
