Dual West Coast Eagles Premiership player Brett Heady has a passion for footy, but his greatest achievement is his two children. His passion for Aussie Rules stems from a love of playing sport alongside his mates, and it being a great way to keep fit.
A member of the Class of 1987, Brett remembers the great social atmosphere and teachers from his time at the College, especially Mrs Lynne Thomson. “She was always keeping us on track and encouraging us to give everything a go and to be the best we could be.” Brett also acknowledged the impact Mr Trevor Woodhouse and Mr Paul Clement had on his sporting career.
Since leaving Sacred Heart, the biggest changes Brett has noticed are the bigger buildings, the different subject choices and a better canteen!
