W Fairweather & Son Pty Ltd is a family owned business that has been trading since 1895 and we undertake a varied range of construction including refurbishment projects, educational facilities, heritage works and commercial works of all types. We excel at projects of a specialised or difficult nature and we have the financial capacity to undertake projects ranging from the very small up to multi-million dollar values.
We are the first (and only) builder to achieve 100 years of continuous membership with the Master Builders Association WA.
We are the proud recipients of the Master Builders WA Robert Law Award 2017. The Robert Law Award is given by the Master Builders Association Board of Management to an individual or organisation who has made a significant contribution to the building and construction industry in Western Australia.
