Footloose Star and Team Nominated for Finley Awards

Congratulations to Aidan (Year 11 Lyon) and the cast and crew of our 2025 Whole College Production of Footloose the Musical, who were nominees for the Independent Theatre Association’s Robert Finley Awards, presented last month.

Aidan was nominated for Best Performer in a School Musical for his portrayal of Willard, Ren’s comical best friend. With standout acting, singing and dancing, Aidan quickly became a favourite with audiences.

Our cast and crew are also to be congratulated on being nominated in the Top 5 School Musicals category. This outstanding achievement places them among the top school productions across the state and highlights the depth of talent and commitment within The Arts at our College.
