Archives Record Request Form

Past students may make a request in writing to the Principal for their own records. Requests will be processed under the Privacy Act 1988, which gives you the right to access your personal information if held by Sacred Heart College. As this is a courtesy by the College undertaken whilst running primary operations, turn around times will be as fast as reasonable.

Hard copies of records will be provided with ID sighting and signature on a retained form as the primary delivery method (copy to requester if requested).

Exceptions can be arranged for overseas applications.

Access to sensitive records may require an appointment to be made for collection.
